Funny thing: I was reading a journal of mine from way back when (which was probably only 3-4 years ago) and I had said,

"Dear God, Please let my babies be the cutest and most beautiful babies in the history of people. But even if they're not, please let me think so anyway."

Oh Self, you make me laugh.

I was mostly adoringly but slightly creeper-ishly watching my mister sleep today. He has the MOST beautiful freckles and eyelashes I have seen on a human being. Srsly. A little while later, he was watching TV and laughed and my heart got all fluttery. My baby could have ALL of those things! Oh please, please, pretty please, let my babies look like him. I'm sure he would be more than happy to split the "smotherly love" with a wee one ;)

I'm scared of all the pain and labor and that business.

But I am excited to see what features Baby will have. 

Hopefully: his freckles. his lashes. his carbonated laugh. his adorable smile.
