Half Baked

In other news. I am officially HALF BAKED (aka 20 weeks!) today. Thus the picture. 

Which is what I want for breakfast. Now. 

I'm sorry for the lack of a bump picture...

my phone will be in an electronically induced coma until this weekend.

This also means baby's anatomy scan is tomorrow! This the THE BIG ONE peeps.

The one where they measure all sorts of parts--head, femur, length

and they count the vertebrae 

and point out the profile and toes and fingers 

and color code all the organs to see how big and well they are working

and see the heart beat like a little butterfly

and I am most certain I will fall in love again.

I'm a believer in love at first sight, for sure.

Also, they get to try for the MONEY SHOT too! 

For a long time I thought girl, and now for the past week I'm convinced it's a man child. 

Either way, I will probably cry on the table.

I hope the mister does too. I'd like that :)

I'm making a chart. I'm not sure what you will get if you win though...

probably just a cyber high five.

I will post pictures of the wee one when I get them. 

Until then, I have to survive the next two days of preschool.

Thursdays are my hardest. I used to have a small class of mostly 5 year olds, now I have a huge class of with mostly 3's. And not high functioning 3's either. It makes it quite a challenge.

But I can do it! 

...right?
