Excuse the pile o towels...
It's more obvious that my boobsicles are humongous and if I were to take this picture straight on, I would not look any different than I did 5 months ago. This shirt is one of my more tighter ones so it made for a more obvious picture. Pretty crazy that Baby is the size of an onion and I'm really not too sure if I've felt Bee rollin' around just yet.
I haven't had any students or their parents ask me about my elusive bump...but they definitely will notice something come September if they haven't noticed by a month from now!
I'm so happy that I actually have started to feel like myself! I have energy, I've been able to eat asparagus and take a shower longer than 5 minutes without getting light headed. I am able to keep up with the fast-walkin Mister when we go run errands and heartburn is a rarity lately. My skin has been looking pretty excellent too, so I've been wearing make up and it's so nice to see "myself" looking back at me in the mirror. Not likin' the no-clothes-fit stage but am totally down with all these great hair days :)
The dreams have been getting wackier and much more vivid. Last night I had 5 very distinct and very different dreams, including one taking place in a castle and myself dressed in Elizabethan era garb another with me and the Mister getting stuck in traffic on a steep hill, me jumping out and the car careening over the cliff and exploding. That one woke me up in a panic and cuddled up next to my other half, breathing warm with life (phew!) The others were just as weird...
Oh yeah, and the cravings. I had this irresistible, magnetic pull towards the MUST-NEVER-GO aisle in the store the other day. Instead of coming home with eggs and milk, I may or may not have brought back:
cheeto puffs.
pringles.
flipz (milk chocolate).
hot tamales,
sour straws.
chewy sprees.
orange soda.
Maybe. Maybe not. You decide ;)
I grabbed the wrong grocery bag when I was headed out the door to work yesterday and when my co-workers saw what I had for "lunch" (see above)
Megan, with her eyebrows raised, says:
I don't think you were supervised when you packed your "lunch" this morning, were you?
yeah, no.
But at least it had a banana too!
I do have a funny story to tell you about my adventures at the laundromat.
Remind me. It's a hoot.
